Purchased a large cranberry field salad as a regularly do, with no chicken. $9.99 for a plate of lettuce. There were 4 cranberries and 3 pecans in the salad. This has happened twice in the last 2 weeks.

Have other ways to make the eggs not just scrambled.

The atmosphere was good, but the restaurant was not prepared for customers. There were not many options on the menu. Of what was on the menu, it was still being cooked and was not ready to serve even though they had been open for a couple of hours.

Dark Cherry Danish was stale. Probably day old. Not worth the price.

Go service, good food and fast

Honestly, miss the old fashion/school of La Madeline, were you can see and grab your own bread, the french/italian music, it's like little by little everything it's moving to a modern style, and it doesn't feel the same, even when the staff is friendly. Food still delicious!

I placed my order and was waiting. People who came in after me started receiving their orders. Person saw I was still there and was trying to find my order. When I received my order, it was not correct. Had to wait in line again to get the order corrected. Food was good, but I had set my timer for 30 minutes so that I could get back and still make a meeting. Timer went off while I was still waiting for the order.

Very busy cafe during peak hours. Extremely friendly staff. Online orders seem to take preference to in person orders. Confusion on ordering for in person guests vs to go orders. Again, staff is always cheerful and welcoming.
