The prices are my main complaint; I just feel the prices are high for the quantity that you receive. I am short & the worker will sometimes acknowledge a person behind me before she sees me. I know to-go orders are important; but I would like to see her be more attentive to walk-in customers; even if she can't see them. I did receive a receipt today; but she does not ALWAYS offer one & has been known to give multiple receipts that have been printed to others to fill out the survey. This is the only restaurant type food available in my building; so I will always be back for quick food to go.

I ordered a cookie and it was not given to me the rest of my food. I had to go and request it from the bakery.

Prices seem high, was not a rush hour; however, tables had not been cleared.

There breakfast options were not what they used to be. No potato gallete. Those are so good. Very sad she said they don’t serve them here and the worker even said it’s very different now.

The prices are higher than I would be pleased with. $13+ for a salad is expensive. $10+ for a small breakfast sandwich.

no one was at the pastry/coffee counter to take my order. had to wait a couple minutes for someone to come out from the back. there were other employees behind the salad line butdid not offer to help or greet me even though they saw me standing there.

1. They messed up my order once so I was unable to eat my lunch on time but the lady was kind enough to fix it as soon as she could.

It took 15 minutes to get my grilled cheese. Seems like mobile orders were prioritized over people physically there. Otherwise was okay.

everything was fine. routine service.

This experience was great, but past ones had incorrect orders and long wait as the to go counter seems understaffed during the lunch hour. Those working already are great though given the level of work they have on their plates each day.
