My food was good but the latte i order was not good at all. The latte did not have a taste and I had to add creamers to just for it to taste good enough to drink.

The sauce in both of the chicken pans were like water and didn't remain on the chicken which made it unfavorable bland chicken. If we had bowls and spoons it may have been more enjoyable, but the "mushroom gravy" wasn't gravy, it was just a milky liquid.

I think every business should be covid 19. Compliance. Thanks

Manager has an awesome attitude. On one visit I cancelled my order and placed another order. Manager was to refund first order, however, four days later both charges were on my checking account. On second visit, (came in person because credit card that I had used was needed), issue was resolved.

The sandwich I ordered, tasted like freezer burn.

Not satisfied because you changed the Almond croissants to just a plain croissant with almond past from a true pastry. Therefore I don't order them any more!

Blueberry muffin was over cooked to a point where most of it could not come off the paper cup.

I would feel better if employees were wearing masks given the current virus status in the state. The sandwich from the warming tray was luke warm and the bacon wasn't completely cooked. Nothing worse than biting into bacon fat.

I was very satisfied with my experience at la Madeline.
