Extremely limited menu as compared to other locations. Luckily what I wanted was offered on the abbreviated menu, but that wouldn't have been the case if I wanted the Turkey Bistro, etc.

The employees were smiling trying to serve the customers as best as possible. The price for the items was fair the items. The food tasted very good.

I did not like the reduced menu at this location. There were very few items to pick from, so while i will return to La Madeline, I will likely not return to this location while their menu is significantly reduced.

i was not aware that they changed how to order. it looks like the old line but actually you go to the register which had the only menu.

Lunch boxes were purchased for a business meeting, one of the boxes was leaking and got dressing/tomato all over the table. Also, they must have forgotten about the chicken caesar salad until the last minute, bc we received a ready-made salad and fruit cup with price labels on them, which clearly came from the grab and go area. The chicken on the side was cold, and they forgot the baguette that was supposed to come with the salad.

I was missing two items from the order and had push back from the worker.

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it was not good. It's way overpriced for what your get. The chicken tastes average and the dressing is not how it used to taste. I also only got about 2 tablespoons of dressing which isn't even close to being enough. The croutons used to be bigger too. Overall, not satisfied. Will not purchase the salad again.

There were 10+ individuals in front of me in line. Though none of these individuals were yet eating or drinking their food, none were masked and none were asked to wear a mask. The line took an extremely long time and thereafter it took a long time to place and complete my order once I got through the line.

I got a mushroom soup and the croque monsieur. The croque monsieur was burnt and there was really no one to say anything to because they disappeared. I kind of just ate around the burnt parts and when I left, I said bye, have a nice weekend, and the staff ignored me!

Only had a few minutes as I had a dr appt. Associate told me it would only take 5-6 minutes to get my food, so I sat down and waited ad waited. Almost 20 min later I received my beef with the parmeson mashed potatoes. ( I had asked a couple of times when would be done, but they were very busy doing to go bags and boxes, but I got there at 1030 am!) I could only have a few bites before I had to leave to go to drs. Had to leave in car at drs and ended up having to throw out after it sat in eat in car for almost 2 hours!!
