Line to add on pastry was too long and slow. Cashier turned her back on me to tell the other associate how to pack an order. Almond croissant was soggy on the bottom (maybe left over from Friday? Suggest selling pastries at a discount on Friday afternoons if the cafe will be closed on weekends). Grilled cheese was greasy and lacked salt. Caesar only had around 5 croutons and I really dislike getting pre-packed salads with half-full cups of dressing. Give us the option to have them made and tossed fresh (this request is always ignored when I try to ask for it when ordering on the app)

Ordered chicken salad sandwich and didn't have bread. Also ordered potato soup and there was no cheese or bacon.

The quality of the food has gone down since it reopened. Prior to COVID, the food and people were pleasant. I was shocked on my visit 2 weeks ago to see burnt croissants and got angry when the staff tried to sale me one. I asked her not to give me that burnt croissant. She rolled her eyes and gave me a better looking one. Today's visit was different, in that I ordered the Ham and Cheese Croissant and was told that you were out, I asked if there was a problem, with the ones in the case? She said she didn't realize that some had been placed in the case. Also, there were items that were close to burnt in the case. I had other co-workers share some not so pleasant experiences and we agreed that perhaps this Re-opening was not ready. I will visit other loctions and pray that the same quality is still available.

I received my order of a quiche Lorraine (which is premade) 40 MINUTES after ordering. When brought to the servers attention, no apology or attempt at amends were made.

The chocolate chip cookie I ordered was severely overcooked. It was hard and not worth the expense. Every time I've been in this cafe the chocolate chip cookies look overcooked which is disappointing since the chocolate chip cookies are the main reason I visit La Madeleine and other cafes cook them perfectly. Additionally I work near this location and I would visit 1-2 times a week but with the fast to-go instead of the full menu, the cafe has become much more limited and myself and many of my coworkers no longer visit. Would be nice if they returned to a full service cafe.

I ordered the spinach quiche and it didn't taste the same as before. I guess because it had cherry tomatoes in it and therefore made the consistency too soggy. Also the pesto pasta is not the same. Another day I ordered the chicken salad croissant and the chicken salad didn't taste the same. Most of the items on the menu are not available at this location anymore. Another day I went and ordered the chicken cesar salad and they said it was out on the containers already packed and I asked if it was fresh and they said yes but I wanted it to be done while I waited.

i keep trying to find something I will like. today it was the croissant, bacon and egg sandwich. not good. the egg is obviously frozen and premade, bacon has no taste, and cheese looked and tasted like it was a week old. I am sorry, but I can buy frozen breakfast sandwiches at the grocery store that taste better. yes, I liked to old store better, that made my food to order. You have sacrificed quality and taste for convenience. Maybe it will work, I don't know. I will try other foods and see if there is something that, just maybe, will be good. I did have a blueberry muffin last week that was good, but still not up to the quality of what I have ben accustomed to at a full service store. good luck.

I placed Chicken La Madeleine online and the order was missing the sauce. The food was very bland without the mushroom sauce. This is not the first time I have ordered online and my order has been wrong/missing something. I don't like to complain, and I can let it go once, but now it seems like it happens all the time. I expect better. I did not say anything because i ordered to go, i did not realize it was missing the sauce until i got back to work.

I was very disappointed with how the food was setup and delivered. The lady that dropped everything off was very unprofessional and rude when I asked where were the racks and sternos to keep the food hot. Her response was the food is already hot and I don't have them. She seemed very annoyed by my question and rolled her eyes. I then informed her that I was told when I placed the order that the hot meal would be setup in the racks to keep the food hot. She mumbled something to the lady that was helping her setup and said anyway can you just sign the receipt. She said that she would be back with the racks and arrived back about 10 minutes later with them. She set them up sighed and left. I will never use La Madeleine for catering again because of the service that was provided during drop off. Not one time did she offer an apology or thank me for using La Madeleine
