I am shocked they stopped giving bread out with the meals. This is an absolute staple of the La Madeleine experience and I'm not sure I will be returning since they removed this.

I have always loved this location and the people who work here. The lady who served me did a great job and was friendly. However, it had a different feel today. It didn't seem as warm and inviting. There was no bread offered which was very disappointing. I have always thought the manger at this location was wonderful and I'm hoping it hasn't changed hands. The bread and jam offered is one of the things that makes this such a special place to dine. PLEASE don't change some of the things that makes LaMadeleine special and unique. I didn't see all the variety of desserts and pastries in the case like normal. I hope you here my heart and know it's spoken with love...please don't change.

They ran out of chicken for all dishes. I was told jam was no longer offered to go with bread unless I bought it.

The restaurant was short staffed and the dishwasher was broken. The line counter register was closed & I had to place my order at the bakery register. There were no forks at the silverware stand and the drink station counter was sticky. I had to use a plastic fork instead of metal. The service seemed a bit rushed. I know there are staffing issues all over but they could have explained the situation a bit more. Food was lovely & tasty anyway even if I had to eat with a plastic fork.

My wife ordered Quiche Lorraine but they delivered a Friand instead. We were pressed for time, so she didn't mention it to the server.

Short staffed, ordering process was rough as there wasn’t a separate line for ordering from the pickup line. The staff was great, they are working very hard, just need help.

Portion is a lot smaller. I understand it's due to high inflation.
