The food runner was kind of rude, he didn’t brought the order complete, and when we ask for the other items he was like mad, he also forgot the drink and brought a wrong one

There were bugs flying around the pastries. Told the lady and she didn't seem very concerned. Only reason I got something was it came out of refrigerator.

I arrived to pick up my to-go order and was informed there was no coconut cake to provide me. I was asked if I would like a refund on that item and I said yes since it was paid for already. The female employee didn't know how to process the refund and went to get a male employee (Cristian) for help. I asked her if it is common for them to be out of coconut cake becasue it was only my second visit there. The female employee just turned her back and walked away ignoring my question. Cristian processed the refund and asked me if there was a problem. I told him no, that I had asked the other employee about the cake and she walked away with no answer. Neither employee offered an apology to not having the item and I had the feeling that I was just bothering them. I don't expect anything over the top for service, but basic courtesy would be nice. Be it I am a customer service manager, I would call this a training opportunity.

It appears that the way the chicken Ceasar salad is prepped has changed. My husband picked up order and didn't realize that the meal did not include the hour marinated chicken. When I called, I was informed that you now have to make a special request for what use to be the norm. I have been sick all weekend and this was my one comfort meal!

the order took a very long time to come out and when it did it was not on a tray the associate was carrying the coup bowls in his hands and his thumb was in the bowl. Another associate stood next to our table and shouted to another associate in the restaurant. The food was room temperature at best. It is a great shame that this restaurant seems to have fallen into a very sad state, I used to really enjoy coming here and it is not the case any more

Several issues there were fruit flies all over the pastery when brought it to their attention they did nothing it was so disgusting. Employee were not wearing mask! Failed to hand me my coffee cup with order. Very DIRTY DIRTY place

The manager is completely inept. She won't look you in the eye. She keeps her head down as to ignore customers. She is not friendly. I recommend finding someone else before the managers run off customers.
