The manager was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It is incredibly hot today and inside the la madeleine was an oasis.

Super friendly staff, greeted when entering. Easy to order, out of their way to make it extra pleasant. Made us fresh coffee because the coffee was old. Even offered to bring it to our table. Just once again a great experience.

This location offers a highly accessible facility. Typically, it is clean but can get less than during peak times. The food has always been good, served hot and within a reasonable wait time.

We enjoy coming to la Madeleine especially when Tess is working. She always gets our order correct, and she is very pleasant,. She is one of the reasons we keep returning.

I love this LaMadeliene. I’m concerned that it can’t keep enough workers there (hiring and retention seems to be a problem). I probably go there 3-4 times a month, as it is my go-to breakfast and lunch spot with friends. It is my neighborhood gathering spot with close friends and was a great spot for local group meetings when I was involved in school organizations. I hope it stays!
