Perfect lunch experience

i've been a customer for about 30 yrs. i'd like someone to tell me how the current rewards program is an improvement our the previous system. the old way just required me to show the code on my phone. now, if i pay by cash there are a whole bunch of gyrations i have to go through to get my points. pls. handle this as you did with the bread fiasco and reverse back to the easier method. i'd like to hear from someone about this. thanks. t

Food tasted great, arrived on time, and store was accommodating when I needed to push my delivery time out 30 minutes.

Wonderful experience, friendly staff. how are you on arrival and thank you when we left. Food was great, coffee fresh. A+ to the crew. Small negative is the changes you made to the app. Not very convenient anymore and definitely causes more work for the la madeleine staff. It was super easy to use. Please change it back.
