It’s freezing cold and raining and the cafe is warm and inviting with a fire. Greeter was super friendly and helped me with my reward. Rebecca was very courteous and made my work lunch enjoyable by quickly getting my Togo order.

To be honest this La Madeleine location often has problems! I love the atmosphere and especially the outdoor patio but I have frequently found staff rude and obstinate. Also in this location several times they have been unable to scan my loyalty app and denied me my rewards. Not this visit! Service was friendly and helpful and placing my order was easy. I think the hand scanner for the app is an improvement over the specialized level up countertop scanner. It was a great visit this time!
