They are always pleasant and smiling. Very kind to help me with a treat for a friend battling cancer.

I've been going to this La Madeleine for over 10 years. I have referred employees to this restaurant before. I just like the ambiance, the warm atmosphere, the tasteful meals and the soft music

The associate was able to provide the creme brulee without the sugar on top. She didn't mind the special order.

Excellent customer service. I even asked for recommendations and all the recommendations that they gave were all good, the food was great and cooked perfectly. Love the potato soup and corn chowder soup. Jeffry was very nice and polite and his recommendations were on point.

Food Delicius

Food was good, but it took a little long for sandwich to be prepared. Customers that came in after us got their sandwiches before us.

Customer service was great

I had the nicest lunch experience. The food was really tasty, the soup was the perfect temperature, and I got a table right next to the fireplace. The only thing that would have made the experience better was you brought back the bread and jam at the beverage station. The cashier was super busy and I didn’t want to trouble her so I didn’t ask for any. But overall the lunch really made my afternoon.

Daijon was very helpful and knowledgeable about the food and espresso. Friendly staff and great food. Highly recommend!
