the French dip's dip is saltier than I remember, and the sandwich could have been a little warmer. still good tho.

it was just ok. food on display did not look amazing. felt kind of run down inside.

The chicken salad was a mini croissant. The salad was about 1/4 cup. Then to upcharge the fresh fruit. My mistake on misreading the side prices. For the price, I could have suggest to the ladies to go across to Corner Bakery for a real lunch and same pricing.

I was not highly satisfied because the espresso machine was broken which I know is in no one’s control. But the rest of the service was absolutely amazing. I always enjoy coming to any La Madeleine, it never feels like a chain.

App does not accept rewards even though I have my credit card loaded on app. Same answer from cashier as always. Yeah it doesn’t work well

This was 2nd visit at La madeleine the manager Alex was just outstanding what a great attitude he presented me what a nice young man and the food was outstanding 10/10

Food portions and presentation are not as good as they used to be. The online kids menu showed fruit on the kids scrambled eggs plate. There was no fruit. When we asked for it from the associate who brought our food - I showed him the online photo - he merely shrugged it off and said fruit is not included on that plate anymore. Because it was Mother's Day and I was hosting some new friends, I did not make a big deal of this, or speak to management. But GOOD customer service would have provided fruit just because it's still shown on the website and it would ensure the customer returning. The web site should be corrected to avoid this happening.
