Service attitude can be improved.

No forks in the silverware bowls. Order came in two different deliveries.

Soup was lukewarm.

Did not have oatmeal avail at 8:50am. Off the menu?? Coffee out of dispenser was Luke warm. Hostess was pleasant and professional.

over the past several months there seems to be a change at all locations with the croissants. They are not as flaky as they were in the past. We would visit several times a month for the egg breakfast but have stopped going because the croissant is not as tasty or tender as in the past.

I love your french onion soup and it was not hot as usual. Other than that loved my salad

Barely any pastries available (3 items available). Bathroom wasn't clean. To go person seemed not happy to be here.

The frozen mini chocolate croissants are not available, yet they are on the app. La Madeleine corporate should remove products that are not available. The store manager abd I had a chat snd he made it right.

Chicken Friand was lukewarm. Ordering line was awkward - I was told to order my soup at one end of the line and then order my Chicken Friand at the other end of the line, even though when I ordered my soup I was standing immediately in front of the Chicken Friand and the employee who got my soup had to walk past it to get me my soup. Very odd ordering process. The bathroom toilet was very dirty, the trash can next to the toilet was overflowing.

Our take-out order did not include the sauce for the strawberries Romanoff.
