Very nice

I like LaMad and I've been a customer for a long time. I was disappointed at the size of the food portions. Due to financial misfortunes, I haven't been able to visit LaMad's in a while, and the portion sizes have shrunk drastically. I'm sure it's due to inflation, but seriously...after I had my lunch there, I had to go home and eat again. Also I HATE MASKS. They are USELESS and I understand the public is afraid of the stupid virus, but really people. WAKE UP! I would love to go into any public space and just see FACES.

There's none manning the service counter except the cashier during the ordering process. Ending up with some confusion.

I hope to be soon. It is finally getting back on "it's feet" since Sean Marrero left. Anyone that cam in had big shoes to fill. The bakery counter is mostly full early in the morning now. The people working there are pleasant.

I don’t know if y’all changed the recipe to the chicken on the chicken Caesar salad but today’s chicken was not good to me

I got a third party delivery, however, the food was amazing. I will most likely go in person next time.

Manager seemed a little overwhelmed and took her a minute to address my concern.

The portions are small and expensive.

The service was very formal and had no expression. When asked for service it was given just not in the nicest fashion. Very bland emotion and not expressive.

The food line was badly organized, putting pressure on the person at the end. The food took a long time to come; it was okay, but nothing special about it. Got cake afterwards and it was good with reall friendly service.
