The bathroom was not very clean, before I order a to go order my husband and I ate there, and the associate wasn't very friendly when bringing our order to the table. When I picked up my to go order, after I left the restaurant the associate called me because they had put the wrong sandwich, so I had to go back, and it upset me a little because I was in a hurry and I waited there for about 5 minutes for the associate to exchange the sandwich.

The place was not cleaned. 1) The restroom floor was covered with pee and paper towels. It did not seem that it had been cleaned at all that day! 2) Many tables were sticky. We had to check several empty tables to find an acceptable table.

Order Balsamic Glazed Salmon Chicken Friand and Tomato Soup. The only thing that was served hot was the soup. Food was lukewarm at best. Asked for the bread and jelly and they said that they keep it in the back and bring out a serving when someone asks for it. The bread was stale. Employees were standing around talking, when they could have asked the customers if everything was ok.

My dinner order was already prepared but they could not find it for 15 minutes. It was in a corner, and while the associate checked the pastry-only orders, he did not see my order in the corner. Later someone else (perhaps a manager) and found it. They had a lot of orders sitting on the counter to look through though.

The café opens at 7 AM; however, when I got there at 7:45 there still were no pastries available and I was told to come back in half an hour.

Very limited vegan options and the ones that were available were all cold except for the onion soup but it wasn’t very tasty. As I was waiting to order something else I noticed our initial order was ready with servers walking past our ready meals and took them a few minutes to bring the food to our table. I also noticed how there were free servers not doing much which could’ve helped bring food to customers. Staff was friendly tho.

Tried using the app first. Showed app to associate and explained my difficulty as well as no points from last order. No concern or response just shrugged shoulders and "What do you want today?" I asked about reward points for this order. Her response, "You have to enter before you paid." A La Madeleine customer for years, I am considering deleting the app.
