After having lunch, we ordered a loaf of sourdough bread. Over half the loaf was caved in and half the height making it difficult to make sandwiches. It would have been nice to offer a "normal" loaf of sourdough.

Hello, croissant chocolate I had at 10.30AM was hard, not made same day for sure. Croissant chocolate should not be sold if not made same day, this is a French standard, bakery items must be fresh, it is not the case at this location. Also people serving are not friendly for the most part, management needs to provide serious training in this area.

I don't think any of your restaurants know how to cook an over easy egg. Yolk should not be hard at all.

After several calls, emails, and voicemails my order was able to be process. The day of the delivery that was scheduled between 11:15am- 11:30am our delivery was delivered at 12:10pm and a tray of our pasties were dropped by an associated. This associated assured us that they would return with more and that never happened. we called and left a message and emailed the store regarding the pastries and we have yet to hear from them or receive anything.

The green beans were undercooked. No gravy on the potatoes as requested. My wife was finished with her meal before I received my meal.

The promotions at La Madeleine were recently overhauled. Instead of the monthly promotions ending on the last day of the month, some of them apparently end on the day before the end of the month. Unbeknownst to me, my promotion ended on April 29 instead of April 30. Subsequently, when I tried to use it on April 30, the fellow at the register, Alex, told me that it was expired and that there was nothing he could do to help me and walked away. It was for a small cookie or croissant with purchase. This is beyond ridiculous. For one thing, he should have handled the situation better. Secondly, monthly promotions should all end on the last day of the month to avoid confusion.

Have been rewards member for years. Rollout of new app requires me to join as if I am new. Did not work on my phone so could not get credit and cashier essentially told me too bad.

My order was incorrect and when I told that to the server she just looked at me and stated this is what I ordered. So I had to go to the counter and speak with a different person. She was so polite but then I waited another 15 minutes for my sandwich and then my soup was cold.

Associates were not very attentive. Also I thought I was getting a cold sandwich and it was hot. It was still delicious but I Guess that's what made it take longer than I expected
