Understaffed; Too long to get our order placed; Order was not delivered all at one time; Long wait for food preparation even though there were few patrons; Delivery was incomplete - forgot the soup, forgot the applesauce for the kids meals; flippant delivery of missing items by unconcerned server; LOUSY FAMILY EXPERIENCE!

I ordered a latte and an almond croissant. Croissant was hard and not fresh. When offered to heated more in the oven, associate forgot to bring it out, the latte got colder and I had to go to the bar to ask for the croissant. Associate apologied for forgetting.

We came in a 7:45 pm on a Saturday for dinner. We have been to La Madeline many, many times. There were empty tables that had not been bussed. The staff was not friendly at all. They looked as if they we prepping for closing. They gave us plastic cups instead of authentic glasses. There was no sliced bread. The staff said they had run out of bread for the day. Despite giving us a spoon with the letter "C" on it the server walked around the restaurant trying to figure out whose food it was.

Everything was fine, outside of our drink order. It took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks, and then when we got them, it was the wrong order. By the time we got the correct drink order, we were done eating and it had been over 30 minutes from when we placed our order.

The restaurant was dirty. The cashier was unfriendly. Food tasted great.

No utensils, no salad dressing inside salad container. Chicken Parisien sandwich was dry, not like it used to be. why not go up in price and keep food quality and portion size the same?

didn't know who to go to when ordering. Salads when we got home were soggy. Normally they are good. Should have ordered with salad dressing on side as when she put the dressing on and mixed, it didn't work. Bread was average and the blackberry jam was small and didn't have a good taste like you used to provide...with the seeds. Thought I ordered it with chicken but when I got home it wasn't and they didn't show I ordered with chicken. Recently at La Mads at Love field and it was wonderful.

We were disappointed with how the lunches were assembled. Just having the chips, fruit salad, and the chicken for the salads just in the bag was a major inconvenience. Had this been for a large order, this would have been a nightmare. We also felt that the portion sizes for the salads were small compared to competitors in the area. This was a poor presentation of the food ordered. In addition, when I first placed my order, I was promised a delivery. But then a short while later, I was informed that I would have to come pick it up because it was a small order. I have never experienced that with competitors in the area. When I arrived, I chose the parking lot pick up. After waiting in my car for 25 minutes, I went inside to find that my order was ready, but no one had brought it out. Its important to note here that the restaurant did not appear to handling a large volume of customers at the time (10:45am) In short, this experience fell flat compared to other competitors, who are cheaper in prices, with a larger selection of their menu. It is unlikely that will order again, unless the process changes greatly.

Even though everything tasted great, the price of what I got was outrageous. I will not be ordering catering services from La Madeleine again because it's not worth the price for what you get. Sorry to say. Lower your prices!

the waitress told us that they don't provide butter or jelly for the breakfast i ordered.
