Had to wait about 15 minutes for tea to brew because employee did not start the brewing when I notified him the tea was empty. Assume he got distracted due to busy time of day.

I arrived, 2 associates saw me standing waiting and neither even addressed my presence in the cafe. I simple hello would have sufficed, but not a word to make me feel welcomed. I almost walked away without placing the order.

The overall experience was good and we had no particular problems. We found it to be a little more difficult to get to than the usual La Madeleine we visit (Midway & Northwest Hwy-Dallas TX)

I get lemon madeleines regularly. Someone needs to teach the bakers the proper way to fill a madeleine pan and how to know when they are baked properly. They should not be flat on the bottom.

This location needs more help. We waited for 10mins. Once we were helped the server was pleasant.

Entree temperature was lukewarm. No spoons available for soup. Dining room was not being tended to very well.
