My invoice was for $67, but the amount that was billed to my card was $87. Please help me understand this difference. (The original invoice amount was $72.92).

1.-Personal New With not Enough Training 2.- There Were not Any Visible Managers in the restaurant 3.- a lot of empty Tables with plates and glasses on top were not cleaned 4.- the person who makes the salad is not well traned 5.- people are learning that your restaurant is falling apart (there was no a lot of people as use to) 6.- the place is asking for help

The chicken in my parisan sandwich tasted OLD. We used to frequent this place and now we will never come back or recommend it. The whoke place has gone downhill

Disaster... I only ordered from LM because I had a coupon. I tried and tried to order on line but could never find where to put the coupon in during check out. I finally went into the store waited in line, when it was finally my turn I said I had a to go order, I was informed that I would have to go wait in another line. I ordered a sandwich and a salad, I said that I had a reward and gave the manager my phone number, she said we don't do it that way! Wanted me to open the app. I didn't have the app installed (because I don't frequent LM often) therefore I couldn't get my offer. Waited almost 20 minutes for my order. Got home and the order was wrong, got two sandwiches, NOT a sandwich and a salad! No wonder I don't frequent LM very often.

The consistency of the taste and quality of food from this La Madeleine location has plummeted over the course of the last 12 months. The food taste like the ingredients are stale/old. Sometimes things are undercooked. Sometimes things are overcooked. You never know what you're going to get. It is the closest La Madeleine to my home so I'm stuck with the inconsistencies. Please do better.

Staff was overwhelmed. Not enough help, it was almost comical. It's was Valentine's Day eve, bakery had more people walking out than getting what they wanted. Marshal and staff deserved better from whomever is management. We have been LaMadeleine customers for 30 years,always a good experience except for this.

There were only 3 people working in the entire restaurant. 1 guy in the kitchen and 2 on the floor. Everyone was going super slow.

My order was to be delivered at 8:00am and they called me at 8am to tell me their oven were not working and my food would be late. I was furious as they should have called me earlier.

I ordered a meal which was missing one of the pieces. Then, when I opened the part of the meal that I did get it was missing a major ingredient. It was the ooh La La chicken and rice and I got no rice.
