The server extremely rude. I mean really rude for no reason. The soup was not edible. What is commodity surcharge? Why are you stealing from customers without telling them? Then you don't hand then the receipt to hide it. Are you guys thugs?

I ordered TURKEY but received HAM, no one in my family eats HAM. The associate packed everything and it was all covered up in foil. They verbally said it was TURKEY but this morning on Thanksgiving day we realized it was HAM!!!! I spent a lot of money to treat my family by ordering from la Madeleine. I'm very disappointed because we couldn't enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. All the restaurants are closed. I want a refund. This is unacceptable.

I completely understand during lunch hour can be hectic, short staff etc. but to have to wait 6 min after each customer to pay ( 5 people ahead) ... another 5min EACH customer to give them butter, jam, bread. Then casher walks away.. at this point i haven't ordered my food entree... NOW goin got 30 min. once Food was ordered i waited another 20min seeing every one else received their food.. at this point i could not enjoy a nice lunch in a nice setting to distract from a busy day in the office.. i asked the cashier about my food and she seem lost.. leaving me with 10 min left of my lunch. which i ask to just do it as a TO GO. from what it seem to forgot to make the order, in the container it was watery, the food was cold and mushy. The cashier did apologize while waiting in line.. how ever she said non chalant about it..

I walked in and there was hardly any customers eating; nobody was in line. Took several minutes for an associate to take my order. My order was placed at 11:43 AM. It was 26 minutes later until I received my food and I saw multiple people get their food before me despite it not being busy when I ordered. I had a simple order of a French dip and was very disappointed with the experience.

Ordered a Chicken Caesar salad, iced tea and French onion soup. They ran out of dressing on the line and I seemed like since the restaurant was 40 minutes from closing, the employee didn't want to get more dressing even when I asked her if I could have more dressing on my salad as she was literally scraping the metal container trying to get some dressing on my salad. She dropped a good portion of my chicken for my salad into other food on the line, when I said, "hey I think you dropped my chicken there" she replied, sorry, that was the last of the chicken. So I paid for a full serving of chicken on a large salad that I didn't get. I had to ask two employees for my cup for my drink that I purchased and there was no brewed ice tea. There was no bread and the person in front of me also asked and was told it was being cut and they would bring it out- never brought it out. There were no straws and no forks. I had to ask twice for a fork as did the gentle who asked for the bread. The tables were dirty the entire time I was there with no attempt by staff to clean them. And the employees running the bakery and line were no wearing masks correctly.
