I enjoyed the cafe, but the table wasn’t cleaned too well. The service was great. Also I ordered a carmel iced latte but they gave us a machiatio instead

I eat here almost every day, as I work in this mall. The salad was somewhat limp today. The soup and Chicken Salad were both delicious.

I’m sorry I was very satisfied. I am not sure if clicked the wrong button but I love La Madeline. I will be back.

Food wasn’t great

It was okay visit. I ordered, received order and left. Nothing more, nothing less.

Sometimes the Crème Brûlée is a bit soft on the top, and I have to ask them to re make it. Other than that, I have literally no complaints about anything here.

I have worked at NorthPark for 26 years. I’ve seen many managers come and go. I feel like the cleanliness of the restaurant is probably the best that it’s been in years. Your management staff is awesome. He’s a gentleman very sweet, very friendly and very attendant to his customers. I feel like the dress code has improved also extremely. Who wants to be served food by employee that’s in a dirty uniform., thank you so much NorthPark being a flagship store, they should always look appropriate and ready to serve a customer

We have a 2 year old. It wasn’t easy waiting on food. We needed our food quicker.

The lettuce in the Chicken Caesar salad was not great quality - years ago the Romain lettuce was high quality.
