I was mostly satisfied with this cafè the food here was great and i have nothing to complain to complain about and the the employees were really sweet :]

Everyone was very busy, but it was lunch time so that was expected. With increased crowds things usually get more hectic.

the service was acceptable and the food was very good. was a bit loud in the dining area. nothing special stood out.

I do not like the addition of a commodity surcharge. I do not have the option of opting out and feel - strongly - that it is an unfair policy.

Seating area is always too cold. The ambience of this mall seating is not the best as it is hidden in a corner of a less traveled wing of the mall. No fireplace is definitely a negative for us!

Limited seating. Nats flying around the tea station. Food brought out without silverware.
