Nothing out of the ordinary happened on this visit.

The few tables that were open to set at were not clean. I saw an employee stocking bottles and should of been cleaning tables for the guest to set down and eat.

It has been harder and harder to order...not busy just slow

The seating is not cozy Silverware allows too many hands to be picked

We visit this location numerous times per week as we are mall walkers and stop in here almost daily...I have to say things are mot going well. In the past month we have walked out after having waited several minutes for someone to wait on us, we have waited as employee/management? continue to ignore us as they stock product, we've had the wait person sit on a stool and wait for someone from the back to come out to get our pastries and today thst waitperson took our order and served it to us as she held a tissue in her hand that I suppose she had just used! We always ask for our pastries to becwarmed but she doesn't understand "warmed"...you can't just put something in the oven and then take it right back out! Really going down there...

Out of mushroom soup. No big deal. I’ll be back.

I had ask for some mushroom gravy they didn’t deliver until I ask for it. Temperature of the food was to cold

Food came very fast, but the chicken caesar didn’t seem fresh. I also miss the free bread. That was the best part of going to La Madeleine.

I had ordered through the app with a promise time listed, but when I showed up they didn’t have my order ready.
