Although the food was hot, the salmon did not look/taste fresh or of good quality. The rice was mushy. Broccoli and bread were great. Service was fast.

I missed the self serve bread. I didn't like having to ask. Couldn't get extra butter without going to counter sgain

Extremely busy around Christmas. Wait line then time till food arrived 20min/15min. Should staff up for holiday traffic.

Cashier is not friendly at all. She barely acknowledged me and did not smile once or say anything nice like have a great day or something like that. I work in the mall so I know how a customer should be greeted and the friendliness needs work.

I love LaMadeline but this time I was not happy at all the heavy set lady that you have at the register was cussing up a storm in front of my child and me. This is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant it did not feel like that to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen her do it and wrot to y’all about it. This needs to be fixed. Thank you

It was alright services, the food was good though but it was lnt what I thought.

The chicken on the salad was cold and not cooked well

I was satisfied. I only had a quick pick up order and so didn't experience enough of the cafe to necessarily state why I would be very satisfied. The cashier was very friendly and even offered to wrap my purchase.
