I ordered a salad with salmon. The salmon tasted raw and very fishy. I asked the attendant to cook it. I expected it to look and taste grilled when she brought it back to me. It still tasted raw and fishy. Yuck.

morning visit and there were hardly any pastries to choose from and when I did settle on the Linzer cookie, though tasty it was hard and dry as if it had been sitting for too long.

I ordered a "new" crepe. I've been a customer since La Madeleine first opened and I expected a decent sized crepe. The one I got was tiny. It was perfect regarding taste, but just too small.

I don’t know the name of the young guy who took my order but this is the second time he was rude to me. The first time this happened, I only gave him my name and asked him to scan my app. He had an attitude helping me with those two things. Today is my second time and it wasn’t any better. When he gave me my number for the order, he slammed it on the counter in front of me, was rolling his eyes when he took my order. The first time he was rude, he apologized and told my friend he was just tired and it’s been a long day for him. I understand. I work in the service industry too. But when I get off from work, I just wanna have a nice meal and no one giving me attitude. I’ve let this slide the first time but if this keeps happening, I will no longer come to this location. I don’t know why he picks me to give an attitude to of all people. While I understand his fatigue because northpark has been very busy this close to Christmas, I did not do anything to warrant this kind of attitude. I just wanted to place my order. I don’t wanna have this kind of experience ever again.

First of all, the line was really long, the pastries looked very sad but I still wanted to get something. We spent $59.33 and we didn't get any plates to eat the pastries, the coffee was returned because it didn't taste like white mocha, we were missing a chocolate croissant as well, just seemed too rush and all over the place. When I asked if we can get plates they made it seem like it was a chore and I was asking for too much. Just over all I didn't like the experience. The other La Madelein's are way better than this.

I did not appreciate the unannounced "commodity surcharge". I will not visit gain as long as you have this charge.

I am a frequent customer at this location for some reason my chicken Caesar whole sandwich did not taste good the bread was very hard and crunchy my fruit tart was not fresh the fruit was hard and the pastry was not as fresh as usual it was very soft.

Cashier had mask pulled down. There were two line running then the second cashier walks away leaving one line to have to filter into one cashier. Took 15 minutes of a short lunch break as a mall employee.

Customer service was bad, person taking the order had a demeanor of not wanting to be at work. Not friendly at all.
