The person who had taken my order did not care at all about me as a customer, would rather talk to their other employee about the truck order that wasn't going to show up. After telling the server my order they had to repeat it back to me numerous times and i had to correct them the same amount. Then as I was delivering the food to my wife i checked the bag AND THE ORDER WAS STILL WRONG. Will not be visiting again

Order person struggled. While the order was correct, the wrong food was delivered sandwich instead of salad. Worst the chicken tasted bad and looked bad. I did not eat it. I told the manager because I didn’t want anyone to get sick. I don’t think it did any good. Pool of water around the drink dispenser. Safety hazard.

Bad service, cold coffee and it took 20 minutes to get more coffee. The food took 35 minutes and other people after us got it first. The cashier is very immature with her reactions to the costumers

The young lady that took my order was really nice person. Had to wait for a while and I was so disappointed when I got back to work my bread was burnt. The pasta was so sloppy I hardly had chicken in it. I ordered chicken pesto pasta. This is the first time I ever experienced this, so disappointed.😡

The young black man was rude and appeared to be making fun of my age and ethnicity. He was quite pleased with himself and as my wife and I were walking out he was mocking us with a loud and almost psychotic laugh. I did not respond to him at all.

This is the second time it took over 20/30 mins to get my food and the staff were acting like they had no idea what the issue was. Then as I’m ordering my meal an employee gets on a counter behind the register with her shoes on right next to the plates that we are given with food on them. It was absolutely disgusting and they acted like that was not a problem at all. The time before this happened I had to ask 3 times where my order was after 30 mins for a bowl of soup. This is just absolutely horrible customer service and felt like I was in the wrong for even asking

The manager at this store was very rude when i was ordering my food, i believe his name is Michael, he make fun of our difficulty to order an specific sandwich tell me i need it to speak louder, I repeated several times and he keep laughing at me, very embarrassing as people started to look at me, I asked if he wanted me to yell and he then told me i was been rude. Very upsetting

They gave my order to someone else then tried to give me the same food back to me. I'd prefer fresh food remade but I'm not sure if they actually did that or not.
