They are like family and are always trying to please. They work hard to make a good experience. The food is quite good. Would suggest having tiny plastic cups for tea drinker's milk. Can't add when making tea as then the water is too cold to brew tea. This way one can brew tea and then add milk at table and not have to return to the tea and coffee area.
