Amazing place with friendly staff but little bit cold

The manager is always friendly and helpful. She even remembers my name! The food was delicious, as always. The fireplace enhances the ambience of the setting. We had an enjoyable visit.

When I went in I was nervous because it looked so sophisticated but the atmosphere is perfect and the staff is so nice. Especially the lady with the hijab she’s so sweet. I love the vibe and the caffe mocha is amazing. 10/10 will come again, next time with my family

We do need a gluten free option - so I will be looking for that next time

I always enjoy the Holiday Feast Sampler, first one this year. I got a seat near the fireplace, which I also prefer. The staff at this location includes several members who have been there for a while and are always friendly. They do still seem to be somewhat understaffed.

The delivery was accurate and in time for the start of our event. Thank you for processing order even though there were credit card issues. I will continue to use la Madeleine for future catering needs.

The food arrived in a timely manner, wasn't completely ON TIME but wasn't too late. Food arrived nice and warm as well. Lastly, food presentation/taste was 10/10.
