When I came to La Madeleine I was not quite sure what I want to eat, with the staff who assist me and her great knowledge about the product in your cafe she understood and help me to decided what I really want to order. Staff very patient, knowledge and welcoming definitely it was one of the great experience I have by visited this place today. Definitely Manager of the shift was super respectfully and hard worker leading her employee with example. She is super respectful, clean and friendly She is the BEST. Great lead make a difference.

I had a specific order that the cashier understood perfectly. She made sure that I got what I wanted. And it was delicious!

Good service

Things were relatively quiet at this sometimes busy location. Ordering was prompt and I had my Cafe Sampler by the time I finished at the register. Staff is uniformly friendly. The have obviously had someone trying to fix the fireplace, but that needs to get done as it does a great deal for the ambiance.
