Great service

This is the third time I have been here in the last month. Each time the coffee wasn't hot or I brought to their attention it was out. I've been impressed with the food but not with the service. Staff doesn't seem happy. I was thinking if you had more people working here with positive customer service, the energy levels would increase and the place would be packed. I say all this as the food has been great; thank you Chef!

I’ve only been to la madeleine about three times, the overall experience is good to me. The employees are nice and I don’t usually have any problems with them in my experiences coming here. There’s nothing wrong with this place, it seems good to me.

Breakfast foods were not as good. Love lunch & dinner especially the chicken dish. Coconut cake the best!!!
