The ladies bathroom soap dispenser is broken and there's no paper towels and there's no napkins.

Mainly the gentleman who delivered my food had a very unpleasant serving personality. When asked about whether there was ketchup and Tabasco, he pointed with a “it’s over there attitude.” He simply could have reached out and gotten it for me. This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat for breakfast.

They were short on help when ordering

Bathroom could be more better. Updated and more cleaner.

Prefer a sit down arrangement rather than a tray through the line Buffet style. I also asked for my soup to be very hot and it was lukewarm. However, when I brought this to the attention of the staff, they immediately brought me a hotter, soup.

The front staff taking orders was not attentive or friendly. He paid more attention to back of house and not the customers in front of him. I was given a cup bc he was not there for me to order a drink. A person in the back wearing gloves was constantly touching his nose and face. Our sides were not communicated with the kitchen and not brought out with our food. The other location near kingstowne is cleaner, friendlier, and a better atmosphere.

There is huge room for improvement in terms of the cleanliness of the restaurant and its restroom.

The portion of the food is not always the same. Today I have asked for a scramble egg and it was too little and at the next table the person had the same order with a bigger portion

No condiments offered until a request was made. Upon pointing out the coffee urn was empty I was given an, "we only make coffee when needed" explanation so I drank Decafe. But Madeleine French Roast is the reason I choose to stop as the 4 other diners nearby do not offer this type of coffee.

The $.50 commodity surcharge is a joke. You have a lot of nerve to add this to people's bills. I can't understand why you don't consider the customer reaction to this.
