First, the lack of warmth from the cashier/order taker. Would it have hurt her to say "hello", or "thank you", or something other than "next"? Talk about service with a snarl? I'm sorry if I bothered her. Second, for a place that deals in pastries and coffee, how can you completely run out of coffee? All three urns were empty - all three- and the employee almost sneered when I'd pointed that out. Third, while I suppose it's some sort of company policy that cold plates, ala salads, be served immediately regardless of the orders of the rest of the party, it is rude not to serve everybody at a table at the same time. I'd ordered a salad sampler, my mom order the blueberry cheesecake crepe. I was almost halfway through my sampler before her crepe arrived. Bad show. Fourth, running completely out of paper napkins cannot, should not, must not happen. But, it did. It sure did. We haven't been to the Bailey's Madeline in a while; life has taken us to other places. But the lack of oversight ,and attention to detail and slipshod service here shows us how far one of our old faves has sunk

The food takes a while (longer than other fast casual places). But is so delicious.

The ladies bathroom soap dispenser is broken and there's no paper towels and there's no napkins.

Mainly the gentleman who delivered my food had a very unpleasant serving personality. When asked about whether there was ketchup and Tabasco, he pointed with a “it’s over there attitude.” He simply could have reached out and gotten it for me. This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat for breakfast.
