I was just ordering a baguette, but there were not enough people attending customers so the cashier had to both take orders and deliver customer’s food. I found that inefficient.

My table had not been cleaned. It took too long to receive our orders. The cafe was very noisy, i.e. customrs talking on their cell phones and talking with loud voices.

I ordered two large tomato basil soup - one with swiss cheese in soup and one with swiss cheese separate. I saw the clerk put the cheese in the baggie, but when I got home with my food, the separate cheese was not included with the soup.

My order was wrong but It did get corrected.

The salad had too much dressing

It took too long for the employees to come to the soup area and prepare our soup - there were 5 people in our party. And the soda machine was not dispensing the correct "coke", so they gave us a bottled coke instead - which limited us getting a refill. And it took along time for our sandwiches to come out to us, we were already done with the soup and could not eat them together.

The onions were left out of my french dip au jus and the potato chips were left off the chicken parisien sandwich plate.

The staff seemed to be busy talking with each other. I had to wave my hand a few times before one of them came over to wait on me. The quiche was not very hot. It was probably sitting on the "warmer" for quite a while.

Could be cleaner. Especially in the bathrooms
