The increasing cost. I know inflation is a problem for everyone, but the increase in cost for basic items, such as a cup of drip coffee (now $4) is excessive. I usually visit twice a week or more and order the same thing: coffee and avocado toast. But the increasing cost of these items, which has increased $3 in total in two years, will now cause me to only purchase a coffee when I visit. I cannot afford to spend over $10 for a coffee and avocado toast. The value just isn't there, and I will adjust my spending accordingly. Also, the piped-in music tends to be too loud, which significantly detracts from the overall ambiance of the café. It's too distracting. A little background music is enjoyable, but when it's loud, it makes it hard to enjoy oneself.

You stopped offering the fruit parfait. 3 or 4 of us members of the Wednesday breakfast club enjoyed it before it abrupted stopped being available. It is a healthy breakfast option and several of us are disappointed it is no longer available.

It is difficult to know where to order and exactly what sides come with the meal. We ordered 2 Croque Monsieur, 2 bowls Tomato Basil Soup, a soda and an iced tea and the total without tip $39.24. It appears I was double charged for the soup.

It was very very loud. There were no forks available. And it was difficult to find someone to order

This location is clearly short-staffed. There were more associates in this week, but a lot seemed to be new.

Lexi press machine was broken from three days and the bathroom always dirty thank you

The servers are very friendly. The value for the price is excellent.

Unfortunately understaffed so the tables don’t get cleaned often enough.
