Understaffed, employees running back and forth between bakery and kitchen orders. Entire restaurant can use a wipe down, occasional flies. Staff were generally polite, other customers kinda rude.

Don’t have enough employees

service was a little slow. staff was aloof. cafe trays were still on some tables.

The staff were nice ordering was bad I had to order from the takeout register. The person there (manager?) kept leaving. I tried to use the app after she was gone long, but most of the things weren’t there. The cashier was more busy making delivery drivers then tried to call the order over to the salad maker who could barely hear over the noise They server made the wrong salad - because server couldn’t hear the order in the first place - but was very nice in fixing it. Then the cashier tried to tell the line server that she was making my order wrong I had to leave the register and run over to tell her the line server was right The sandwich ordered without horseradish came with. Food and wait staff were good

The food was a bit cold but other thank that, our experiences with the Madeline are perfect

The restaurant should be more clean and maintained the social distance between the tables

Good service and very nice emloyees.

The cinnamon danish dough was not very tasty. The cinnamon was overwhelming; the roll was somewhat cold and dense. It could have been much better. I love your croissants and desserts, but I will never choose this item again.

I was excited to try the new ham and cheese crepes, but was sorely disppointed to get to very small crepes.... especially for the price. The chicken with mushroom sauce is bigger and better.

I am not dis satisfied but not happy either . The kids meal took forever to come . We adults finished all our food by that time .
