Fruit tart is expensive and the crust was soggy and fruit looked past its prime and all was very mushy. Not happy at all with this purchase.

I have been visit baileys crossroad la madeleine from past 8 months. Recently I have felt that quality has been reduced. Bakery products were not fresh & definitely doesn’t taste like before. My past 4-5 visits have been very disappointing in regards to above factor. I hope you guys will bounce back.

They must have a new cook. The omelet was greasy. Still had oil on it.

The associate who packaged the to go order packaged it in a way that caused the items ordered to spill out inside the box in which they were placed. That caused us to lose about a third of the order as inedible mess inside the box. The least they could have done was put tops on the items ordered so they would not spill out.

Associate was rushing me while placing an order . We had questions about the steamer that was no working and ordering a latte. I also had a question about what type of meat is in the quiche and she handed me a menu and said here, yes there is meat in the quiche.

Not sure why it takes so long to either acknowledge a guest or take an order. It was 7:11pm (with very few customers at the location) to say hello and take my order. Staff continue to walk back and forth and no one stopping to say hello...we will be right with you or take an order. I was the only one in line to order. No wonder this site must be WAY DOWN on customer counts and revenue. Either train the staff in Hospitality 101 or close the location.

I did not enjoy the food itself, it was bland and had/didnt have ingredients in it that were listed on the menu. Also the ham in the ham and swiss crepe was both grey and pink which was concerning
