I came to la madeleine as usual to get my breakfast then I was waiting for service more than 10 minutes by the counter, they were 3 employees and the manager talking and hanging out and I still waiting…then afterwards the manager (Sonia)came to me and she give me a horrible attitude I don’t know why, and that was 10:40 am Tuesday 21th.

they messed up our order about 4 times and kept asking us to come to the front and check with them what we ordered. they forgot our drinks and instead of giving us apple juice they gave us apple sauce.

I’ve been a regular at Bailey’s X Roads for a few months, coming each Sunday. Service is always slow, but that’s not what kills me. It’s the blasé/ rude/aloof attitude of one or two workers. These ones always seem eager to avoid helping you, are lackadaisical, and generally give off the distinct impression that you, the paying customer, are a nuisance to them.

Certainly! Here’s the text: --- On September 1, 2021, I was unable to redeem a free bakery item despite having a valid coupon, Bouchra the moroccan cashier insisted that only one coupon per day is allowed. However, there was no such limitation on the receipt. The manager was helpful and professional but Bouchra wasnt . I'd appreciate clarification on your policy to avoid future confusion and humiliation.

You used to be able to order and use a QR code to record your purchase on your account. Now it is highly confusing and impossible to do this in a speedy way. In other words, you changed your system and it sucks.

My catering order was set to arrive at 12:15PM. It did not show up until 1:30PM. I asked for hot plates, they did not arrive with the correct disposable (but requested) catering supplies. By the time the team got to eat the food, it was cold. I struggled to get updates from the team on the estimated time of arrival. We were extremely unresponsive and have very little urgency. I have to call multiple times to get someone to give me a status of my catering order. I am extremely disappointed. This was my department's holiday celebration and this ruined the experience. The La Madeleine team needs to make this right, and refund this order immediately.

It has been 30 min and we have not received all of our order. My spouse was able to finish her meal before the rest of the party receive theirs.
