The cashier who took my order was extremely rude. She appears to need training on how to interact with customers. Also, there was a cockroach crawling around the drink area. I pointed it out to a manager and he did nothing whatsoever. He chuckled a bit but did not apologize or offer any explanation about remediation. This location is horribly run.

Hi, I ordered a cup of French onion soup and a Caesar salad to go with the French dip, which I did not receive. Additionally, I received a French vanilla parfait rather than the sacher parfait that I ordered.

People just stared at me and did not help when I was waiting to order. Rude staff did not want to give me bread . Also I ordered a chicken salad and it took really long and they were serving other people that came after me and my desert was thrown in the box all sloppy. The bathroom was very and smelly.
