The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful! It’s a nice relaxed atmosphere for weekends out. The French lessons in the restrooms are funny!

The manager who delivers is awesome! Kind and just all around wonderful to deal with.

I’ve been to La Madeleine many times. The food is always good. The friendliness & helpfulness of the employees & staff is highly erratic. From awful to OK to terrific. This time it was terrific. The gentleman who served me also rang up the purchase at the register. Then he went above & beyond. He assembled everything on the tray, added a soup spoon & a glass of water & carried everything to my table. I’m partially handicapped & he made me feel valued. It wasn’t busy but even so he didn’t have to go out of his way & he did.

In these times it's difficult to attract & retain staff. Your management team seems to set good example and their associates do their best to serve their clients. Brenda served me today. She was very pleasant and efficient. Sara has been a longer term employee at this store and while she works more in the back, when she is client-facing, she always greets with a smile. I appreciate the hard work of your team!

The staff is lovely. I love the chicken Parisian!

I really enjoyed the food here, especially the mushroom soup, i always try to make my friends come here because of good the food is, especially the mushroom
