I was very satisfied with the costumer service , everyone was so friendly and willing to answer any questions. The food overstepped my expectations. Overall the atmosphere of the restaurant is extraordinary.

Coffee tastes very good. Almond croissant was excellent. Service was courteous.

Mercedes, one of your associates went above and beyond to make my experience great. I had ordered a creme of mushroom (my favorite) and maybe because it was still morning, the soup was cold. I asked Mercedes what could be done, and with the best attitude, she explained that everything you make is fresh so there are no microwaves. Immediately she offered to replace the soup with another cup or another soup of my choice. She went to the soups and stirred the soup until steam could be seen and then served me a great hot cup of soup. Her service was great but her attitude and willingess to help was fantastic!!!

Marisel Ibanez the Manager at the Reston La Madeleine Cafe is always very friendly to customers and always very courteous and helpful when advising customers when customers want to know more about the food or prices, etc. She is always very cheerful, courteous, and talks to customers so that the dining experience is always a pleasant one.
