La Madeleine makes the ordering experience incredibly easy for customers. It is always accurate, on time (sometimes early) with pick up and delivery, and the portions I feel are accurate with how many they will serve. Everything always tastes great, too!

Kudos to Shannon! She is always professional, courteous, and gives great customer service with a smile(even when it’s super busy). She is an asset to La Madeline and it’s customers!!

Mercedes at Reston Cafe buses tables, re-fills coffee, etc. She is an incredible person and is one of the reasons I keep going to your Cafe in Reston. She makes dining there such a wonderful experience. She is always cheerful, says hi to me, and is always working hard to keep the Cafe operating smoothly. Shannon is a very nice person, too. she usually works the pastry counter and she is always cheerful, courteous, high professional in her work, and is good to customers. Staff is kind and friendly. The food is pleasant. The ambiance is the best because it feels like I am sitting in a cafe in France.

The pastry was amazing. The staff were friendly. The cafe is very popular. There are lots of nice tables to choose from.

Lewis is simple the BEST. When he is in charge the Cafe runs great. Only problem that I have is that you are always out of the best chocolate chunk cookies in the world !

Jamilla was a cordial and welcoming staff member. Frances who took my order had a cheerful disposition. I was pleasantly surprised and fully intend to visit more often.
