Door to the restaurant was open due to work onntge roof. Cold & rainy day. Kept coat on.

The associates know already what i usually order and react accordingly.

I ordered a Salad Sampler. The person making the salad was kind and courteous. when i got to the register to pay, the person there questioned the size of my salad and asked two other workers to evaluate the size of the salad given on the salad sampler. One of these people was my salad server. H e acknowledged that the size of the salad was appropriate for my order. I was embarrassed and felt very awkward while all this was going on.

The ordering process is confusing when dining in. To Go counter is highly visible but to order in isn’t. The other customers didn’t know the process either

My avocado toast was rotten and brown. Manager immediately took care of it and gave me a fresh sandwich

Would like some more pumpkin spice options for coffee, desserts and bakery. Would love an option with fresh cut apples and cheese. More meat and potato options.

The food was fine but nothing exemplary. My husband’s soup was pretty salty. He ordered a small Caesar salad and soup, I ordered the chicken salad croissant with a side of salad; his serving was small with brown, wilted leaves, my side salad was vast, practically spilling off the plate. That seemed a bit reversed!

This is the best cafe I have ever visited in my life.
