It seems as though every time that I go to LaMadeline there is nobody at the register to take orders. The past three times I've had to wait 5 or more minutes for someone to take my order due to nobody being present at the register.

Highly satisfied means ecstatic to me. The setting was as nice as you could do perhaps at this location, but I would have enjoyed a scenic view and warm breeze, etc. With what you have to work with you are doing great. As I said, I enjoyed the food, the seating, and the service. I will be back soon and will recommend it to others when appropriate.
