Coffee cups were not clean, they were sticky. The chicken friand got cold while I was waiting to pay. The plates where the coffe cups go on were dirty and smudgy and sticky.

The sandwhiches were cold. I’d prefer to have it heated. For the next visit would like to have this experience improved.

It was simply a little hectic getting the attention of the servers in the beginning. All in all I was satisfied. I do think that part of the issue is just the layout of the cafe itself. All in all very good though

Slammed my plate down

The app had to be updated before I could use it. It was extremely complicated to put all my data in again.

A new cashier lady at Reston location on Fri Mar 22, is so super nice and full customer service. She is a good staff over there.

The cashier did not understand English very well. I had to restate what I said a couple of times. I asked for a substitute for the bread but there was none. Also the free bread slices that was always a favaorite is no longer provided.

The sausages were too dry and cold
