It was good as always. Always room for improvement. Food and desserts are great.

The staff could be more enthusiastic in greeting customers when they enter the cafe. The ambiance could be better and the place could use an upgrade.

Something was wrong with the crème brûlées & my soup was missing but the person at the counter was young so just made a mistake. I spoke with Lewis by phone when I got home & he very pleasantly, as always said it’ll be corrected when I come in this week. They really need more help there though the managers do a good job; very busy locations

This was a bit unusual - very understaffed for lunch. The chefs and clerks were stressed and stiff. It was easy to have compassion but better that the staff is not so unhappy and pushed to the limit.

this time is fine but at the previous, I asked for a croissant and the associate said, "I'll give you two since we threw them out at the end of the day anyway." When I looked at the receipt after I got home, he had charged me for two croissants. I did not ask for two croissants! With what he said, shouldn't the second croissant not be charged at all?!
