We've been meeting, mostly weekly, at La Mad for some 26 years. We're all familiar with the menu items available, the staff and the ambiance of La Mad during that time. We highly appreciate La Mad's efforts to be hospitable to small groups who meet there. Thank you.

The tip I paid was to have the food set up, the driver didn't have her ID on her. She driving with no driver's license? So she couldn't get access to the building. Really?

Eggs in omelet were dry--overcooked. None of staff even smiled or even seemed to care to provide service. Inadequate cash in the register took too long to resolve while my friend waited and food got cold. I used to enjoy the local La Madeline, but it has sunk to the level as the one at Tysons.

Slow to take order and disengaged staff. The usual friendly and engaging wait staff wasn’t there that day.

I ordered Chicken La Madeline. The steamed broccoli was cold, the rice and chicken were warm, and the only hot part was the mushroom sauce on the chicken! This was supposed to be a hot dish. I asked for bread and I got bread, butter and jam but the gentleman who gave me the bread was hardly looking at me as the customer as if I'm not paying for my food. The faces of the employee used to be pleasant and welcoming. The only face that was smiling and pleasant was the one from an older lady who was cleaning the tables and brining the food at the tables.
