I came in looking for a particular pastry that they did not have. A Napoleon

Had to wait extremely long to get simple order of 2 eggs and they were cool and there was no bread or butter displayed or available at 09:00am. Service was slow and unattentive. Hope it improves!

near a Holiday, seemed like a small staff. ran out of coffee. some of tthe patries were overprriced.

Because there is no conplementary bread anymore- sometimes salad’s dressing is not enough- cashiers can’t work with the reward programs and always take 10 minutes to ask managers- sometimes sandwich materials is less than normal serves

I was satisfied. Just picked up pastries.

I ordered the quiche and the bottom crust was soggy and the cheese in the quiche didn't taste very good.

We've been meeting, mostly weekly, at La Mad for some 26 years. We're all familiar with the menu items available, the staff and the ambiance of La Mad during that time. We highly appreciate La Mad's efforts to be hospitable to small groups who meet there. Thank you.
