Need more staff. Waited at the register at the bakery to order. Later told by an employee "order from the guy in red shirt. Flag him down". Had to walk to another park of restaurant to find the guy in red shirt only to be brought back to the bakery. He kept picking the wrong items. It was very frustrating.

Unlike it was for many years, I now have to ask the cashier, who is busy, to get me bread and butter, and per instructions, I guess, he only gives me two butters and two slices of bread. The potato was cold and had to be re-heated.

People (who work upfront) are not welcoming and most of the time the thermos are empty and you have to remind them to fill them out and you get to wait until someone comes! Either they’re understaffed or it’s just the atmosphere and the vibes!

We are a group of friends that gathering once a month in this cafe for years now but in last 5 months the portion have been very small and service is not as good as before even though the price has increased but the portion has changed as well , I don't know why? We are mostly ordered the sampler and the salad that they provide is too small we all have complained but nothing has changed and we are thinking maybe we should try different cafe for our monthly gathering.

Today was a one off event, usually helped immediately. I was the only one in line and no one came to take my simple order for over 10 minutes. The Caesar Salad was sadly plated and the tomato basil soup was warm not hot.

The associate on the register grab my pastries with his hands without using any gloves . The nice associate Maria told the ( horatiu) guy on the register to put gloves on and to give me 2 new pastries.

I am STILL waiting for my food. The cook is missing! The manager is trying to cook the food himself. Really?? I have been a customer of this place for 20 years or so but I am not going to return unless you advise me that this cook has been fired. 703-861-5135

I ordered the Chicken Pesto Pasta for my son, so I could deliver it to him at Boarding School for his lunch before a baseball game. When I arrived at his school in Alexandrea, Va. there was ZERO Chicken on the pasta. Very disappointing for this major MISS.

I ordered the French country breakfast. I had asked the cashier if bacon was freshly made that morning. She said yes. However, the bacon was obviously stale and old and was somehow reheated so it was incredibly dry and burnt. Could not eat it. The potato galette was without taste and also extremely dry. It was probably old too, just reheated from something made days ago. The bacon would have been good if freshly cooked. To top it off, when I got home, I looked at the receipt and saw she had charged me for 2 coffees instead of one!!! And I had given her a big tip too. I'm sorry, but this was a very bad experience.
