Always love the food and the environment. Love the taste too. Especially Balsamic salmon, and dark cherry greek yogurt danish, the best for me. However, the taste of the tea was a bit off this time. Overall, I would still return back next time.

I tried use my 3 dollars off reward of 10 dollars item and selected salad sampler , price was in menu 10.99 . When I went to day and asked to use my discount I was told sampler now 9.99 . It was not indicated in the menu . Associate told it was writes on the biard which was turned back side to customers and it’s no was customer will see it . He did not honor my reward he added extra 4 dollars to my bill and total was even more then I planned to pay . I will contact credit card as well for this order . Person was very rude too

assoiacte I ordered the foof from: I ask for poched eggs, his response "over easy" I again ask for poched , his response again " over easy" I gave up. Taken the over easy. I wanted a chai latee: reponse: No! machine broken. I sadled for water. Then the awful thing, HAIR IN MY MEAL. how cross, the server did exchange the whole thing, was it the same food just on a clean plate?????????? Just awful ! It was never so bad a view years back. I was waiting for my food, the line was so long I see employees running and being busy while this guy is on the phone texting and sipping on coffee during work hours I asked if he can help but he refused helping because he only does catering orders his name is KADIR and I also see that the employees are super busy and at the same time they have to help this LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE, I do believe this actions goes agains the values and principles of the company

1. Like previous visits, several times during our lunch a very loud beeping alarm sounded in the kitchen. The kitchen staff allowed this alarm to sound for a long time before they silenced the alarm. It was very distracting. 2. After our lunch my wife went to the pastry counter to order a small dessert. She was surprised when the price listed for the pastry was increased with a surcharge when she paid for the dessert. The attendant said there was nothing they could do, this surcharge was added automatically.

Manager first told me it would cost $2.49 to add a cup of soupe to my entree. Then he said it would cost $3.19. But when I got my bill, I was charged $5.49. I had to go back to the manager to request a refund so I could be then charged $3.19. (Meanwhile, my food was getting cold.) Also, the broccoli in the Holiday Feast Sampler was tough & chewy, and the other components of the entree were bland. Prices generally were too high and getting a reward using the Rewards program is very difficult compared to the way it used to be.

I ordered a chicken cesar salad to-go, however it seems to-go salads are now prepackaged and no longer made to order. The lettuce was wilted and included inedible cores of romaine, the chicken was cold and dry, and the croutons were stale and chewy. This has been my go to order from the restaurant for years and I never imgained to recieve food of such low quality. Truly dissapointed.
