The manager was very good in that we could tell he tried to make sure we were happy with our order.

The worker named Gisell was really easy to talk to and helped us out. The food was delicious and I would love to come back. The atmosphere is especially beautiful.

We truly loved everything about laMadeleines from ambience of the restaurant and fire place, to the amazing staff and wonderful food.

The staff were friendly, there was a miscommunication with my shrimp add-on but it was resolved by the staff quickly and they offered me a free drink for the extra wait time. The food was great, the store looked really nice and clean.

The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great and I can't get enough of the creme Brule here. I need another now. I could live in this Cafe tbh.

It was very easy to order Stephanie helped. The service was so good and food was amazing. It was quick and fast i will definitely be back tmr

I walked in about 15 minutes before closing just to get a pastry item and nothing else. To go for that matter..And it was clear the employee wasn’t happy I came in. (W/another gentleman walking in behind me for same item type to go also) I walked up and no one was there ..then a woman came walking out and clearly looked annoyed to see a customer …and I said hello and she didn’t respond just looked at me with a look that was less than enthusiastic. So I said hi again and she responded finally with a forced hi.. She flipped the light back on on the case of pastries but I could tell she didn’t want to be bothered. I was in and out fairly quickly and before closing time. Just made me feel very unwelcome to say the least.

Our meal and service were wonderful as always, but a lack of ice for our drinks made our experience less than your usual perfection. We reported to an associate that the ice dispenser was empty upon trying to get our drinks. Thirty five minutes later, there was still no ice. There may have been a problem in the back getting the ice, so I just drank my tea warm. Still great tea.

I love this restaurant!!! Food is good! Environment is cozy. Friendly service!!
