Think the portion should be more for the price. Wish the food was hotter.

They ran out of french roast coffee.

The location in Tyler, Texas is mostly out of stuff. They stopped making carrot cakes which i loved. On 12/26/2023 they didn’t have the Turkey sampler as they were out of Turkey meat for sampler. The other day they were out of almond croissants. It’s just like one day they have something and not another.

Took a very long time to receive our food. We had to remind server that our sandwiches came with chips. 3 sandwiches, only got 2 bags of chips.

The tomato soup was not fresh… we came with friends whose soup was dipped from a fresh pot & you could see the difference. We’re grateful for the bread they gave us complimentary. I wish bread came with soup only orders.

The food was great. The girl that served me could have been a little friendlier, but wasn’t rude. She just was very mellow and going through the motions. Silverware was very sparse, but halfway through my meal they came and restocked. Overall, a good experience.

I was very excited to note that the Buche de Noel was again available. I went in to purchase 2 slices, and even though there was a full cake in the glass case, I was told there was only 1 slice available and that they could not cut the full cake to fulfill my order.

I was very satisfied. Sandwich was big and very tasty. I will be coming back.

The store is self is dull, but the employees are upbeat and nice and have suggestions about things

Bad fruit served. Not staffed very well. Slow service due to lack of employees. Needs more front of the house staff.
